Support Assistant Kitchen Manager with training of existing and new bakers to ensure quality, raise product standards and build a collective knowledge base. Oversee and support the store manager/regional area manager including organization, store cleanliness, implementation of policy and procedure, maintaining current display case, working with and directing fellow bakers. Understand and respond to situations with an appropriate sense of urgency and good judgment. Responsive and attentive to incoming communication throughout the day. Direct and coordinate duties for phone order team. Able to work independently in the absence of management. Able to take direction, perform closing and opening shifts duties, and multi-task including but not limited to managing daily orders and deliveries, re-stocking and serving customers in a fast-paced environment.
